Ioana and Jessica attended the Corcoran College of Art + Design and both earned BFA degrees in graphic design. After working on several projects together they realized their strength as a team and decided to launch Inspired Pear. They develop creative solutions for businesses interested in energizing their message.

Ioana has worked at a large e-commerce company, a non-profit association, and a design studio. Within these very different companies she has developed the skills to meet many types of job requirements. Ioana is highly skilled at information design and a master of typographic layouts.
Jessica Fleming, Designer and Partner
Jessica has worked at a design studio, and as an in-house designer for an agency providing creative services for non-profits, and also has experience in technical drawing. She pushes the boundaries of paper to create unique formats where form and function meet.
