In order for us to really capture the essence of your wedding and style and be able to deliver a finished product on time, we comply with this process:

STEP 1: Consultation
We have an in-person meeting or a phone call that allows us to talk with you about your specific needs and vision for your wedding. This is a chance for us to get to know more about you, your tastes, style, and individual personality and also gives you the opportunity to learn more about Inspired Pear and what we can do for you.

STEP 2: Design and Approval
Initial designs are typically created and presented within 2-4 weeks after receiving deposit. Typically two to four different options of the invitation are created and an estimate will accompany each concept so you can see the difference in cost associated with each design. Once a concept is selected we require a deposit of 50% of the estimate. We will then order materials and make any revisions necessary. A final layout of all the elements will be sent as a PDF for your review and approval.

STEP 3: Printing and Assembly
After receiving approval of the PDF proof we will prepare the files for production and send the files to print. Printing can take between 1-3 weeks (depending on the type of printing chosen; letterpress, thermography, digital or engraved). We will then begin assembling your suite, which may take 2-4 weeks.

STEP 4: Delivery and Final Payment
At the conclusion of the job, we will hand-deliver or ship the invitations to you unsealed (so you can view the quality of our work). Payment for the remainder of the balance is due at this time.

Pricing: Since the invitations we create are custom designed for you, we can not provide accurate pricing on-demand without learning more about your specific needs/wants. Typically pricing starts at $1,300 for 100 invitations, though pricing can vary dramatically based on your preferred printing technique.
